LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

A professionally maintained landscape increases both the value and aesthetic longevity of the property because it ensures health and vitality of the plant materials that comprise it. A beautiful landscape literally grows in value, and is an essential component in determining your property’s value and appeal. Our agreement for residential and commercial clients includes the following maintenance services:

• Mowing
• Edging
• Leaf and Debris Removal
• Hand Pruning of Trees and Ornamental Shrubs
• Weed, Insect and Disease Control

Our standard annual contract is based on fifty-one weekly visits, but can be tailored to meet your specific needs. We will strive to earn your confidence, and your complete satisfaction with our performance is White Oak’s goal. In an effort to assure you of our commitment, this contract is cancelable at any time with written notice.

If you do not want or require comprehensive maintenance services, we also offer Lawn, Tree, and Shrub Care as a “stand alone” service. This program provides the selective chemical applications your plant materials require to stay healthy. Fertilizers, Pre-emergents, Post-emergents, Fungicides, and Herbicides are all applied safely and accurately by one of our state licensed technicians.
