Anthony Waterer Spirea
Description: Deciduous woody shrub with pink flowers appearing in early June. Fall color can be wine-red to russet-red. The stems in winter are often a polished shiny brown that adds a bit of winter interest.
Use: Drought tolerant and prefers full sun open areas with well drained soils. Works well in shrub borders, mass plantings and foundation plantings.
Why we love it: Fast grower to a height of 3'-4' tall by 4'-5' wide.
